Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – $30–$34/hr

Per Diem / W2 | Weekly Pay | Flexible Shifts | Dallas–Fort Worth Metro

Position Overview

We are hiring LVNs to support facilities across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, including:

  • Irving, Garland, Richardson, Plano
  • Frisco, McKinney, Allen
  • Arlington, Grapevine, Southlake, Denton

You will work across high-demand facilities delivering patient-centered care in structured clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care in accordance with clinical standards and facility protocols
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising clinicians or physicians
  • Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope of practice
  • Assist with wound care and implementation of patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
  • Follow infection control procedures and patient safety guidelines
  • Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and Texas healthcare regulatory requirements.

  • Active Texas LVN License in good standing
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in SNF, rehab, LTAC, or hospital settings
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Ability to pass background screening, drug testing, and credential verification
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
