My Efficient Home is in search of a motivated and personable Appointment Setter to help expand our client base by connecting with potential homeowners interested in improving their HVAC efficiency. As an Appointment Setter, you will be the critical link between our customers and sales team, facilitating smooth scheduling and positive initial engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients through various channels to introduce My Efficient Home's services.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to conduct consultations.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and appointment schedules.
- Assist in following up with leads to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to meet outreach goals.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is required.
