Shuttle Driver

Location: Eugene Field

Department: Operations

Reports to: Executive Director of Operations/Eugene Field Administrator

FLSA Class: Non-Exempt

FTE: 1.0

SUMMARY

Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Hours can vary with route. Must be flexible with route schedule, students may be added or dropped from route. Must be able to work route schedule, students may need to be transported to different locations.

DUTIES

  • Transport students to and from school to work program locations.
  • Fuel vehicle and keep vehicle clean.
  • Take vehicle for scheduled services (oil change, rotate tires).
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor or administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have valid driver's license.
  • Must possess clean driving record.
  • Must complete school bus driver training course.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check.
  • Ability to understand and follow basic oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with fellow employees and pupils.

COMPENSATION

Fully Board Paid Medical, Dental, and Vision available. Minimum starting pay rate of $16.50/hour
