Description
Customer Service Supervisor
Directly responsible for the supervision of the customer service representatives in the clinic setting. Maintains oversight of front office efficiency initiatives and identifies areas of performance improvement opportunity. Monitors over-the-counter collections and reports findings to the clinic practice manager. Ensures appropriate scheduling of clinic patients for treatment, processing patients' demographic, insurance, and financial information, and coordinating with nursing staff and physicians to provide efficient services to patients of the Conway Regional Health System clinics within the physician enterprise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- High School Graduate
- Customer Oriented
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Supervisor Experience
- Ability to Multitask
- Ability to Handle a Busy and Stressful Environment.
