Maintenance Support Team Member

As a Maintenance Support Team Member, you play a vital role in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and remains clean, safe, and well-stocked. Your work behind the scenes allows our team to serve guests with excellence while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities

  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to support food preparation and service
  • Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house and back-of-house trash receptacles, including timely removal and replacement
  • Perform regular cleaning of the parking lot, sidewalks, and exterior areas to create a welcoming environment
  • Perform regular cleaning of interior back and front of house spaces including men's and women's restrooms using proper cleaning techniques (i.e. mopping floors, sweeping floors, using proper safety signage)
  • Restock back-of-house supplies (cleaning products, paper goods, etc.) and front-of-house items (condiments, napkins, straws, cups)
  • Assist with restocking food items and dry goods in kitchen and storage areas
  • Support food safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with Chick-fil-A guidelines
  • Work efficiently with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations
  • Proactively identify and complete tasks that keep both front and back of house safe, clean, and organized

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 30 hours of availability per week
  • Must be available to work 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable performing physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods)
  • Dependable and punctual

  • Other duties as assigned
