Office Administrator
A Williamsburg-based property management company is looking for a reliable, capable Office Administrator to take ownership of a 220-unit residential portfolio. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the point person for tenants, vendors, and day-to-day operations — keeping everything running smoothly across a busy book of properties. The right person doesn't need to have done this exact job before — what matters most is that you're sharp, adaptable, and the kind of person who figures things out and gets things done.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant calls and communications
- Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow through to resolution
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely service
- Handle bookkeeping responsibilities for the portfolio
- Maintain accurate records using property management or accounting software
Qualifications
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage competing priorities independently
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Experience with Rent Manager, Yardi, or QuickBooks is a plus — but not required
- Property management experience preferred, though not mandatory
- Above all: creative thinkers and problem-solvers who learn quickly are strongly encouraged to apply
