Principal duties and responsibilities include performing entry level administrative skills under general supervision, answering and transferring telephone calls, scheduling and registering patients for appointments/procedures, confirming appointments/procedures, preparing for patient visit by providing patient with all necessary information and completing all necessary tasks, receiving patient at arrival, verifying and obtaining all necessary information, ensuring forms are completed, ensuring all billing/fiscal information is completed and submitted after visit, including collection and daily reconciliation of any co-payments, assisting with training and orienting staff as needed, providing cross coverage as needed, assisting with special projects as directed, following HIPAA guidelines for the management of patient privacy and confidentiality, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include CPR or BLS preferred, currently enrolled in BSN / Healthcare program.

Work location is 60 Fenwood Road. Employee type is per diem with a rotating work shift. Pay range is $17.71 - $24.28/Hourly. Grade is 2.
