Flexologist (Personal Trainer / Athletic Trainer)

StretchLab San Antonio | Full-Time & Part-Time Available

About the Role

StretchLab San Antonio is hiring experienced Personal Trainers and Athletic Trainers who want to specialize in mobility, recovery, and results-driven coaching.

This is not a typical training role. You'll work within a structured program model delivering one-on-one assisted stretching using proven PNF techniques—helping clients improve how they move, feel, and perform.

If you're a coach who values movement quality, client outcomes, and long-term progression, this is your opportunity to level up.

Why Join StretchLab
  • Work in a 1-on-1 coaching environment (no crowded gym floor)

  • Deliver a structured, results-driven program (not random sessions)

  • Build long-term client relationships with measurable progress

  • Expand your skill set with PNF stretching + mobility specialization

  • Be part of a high-performance, team-driven culture

What You'll Do
  • Deliver 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions using PNF techniques

  • Lead small group stretch classes (up to 6 clients)

  • Educate and motivate clients throughout each session

  • Support client progress through a structured mobility program

  • Ensure proper technique, safety, and adherence to standards

  • Assist with studio tours, events, and client engagement

  • Help drive membership growth and retention through results

  • Maintain a strong professional and social media presence

  • Keep studio clean, organized, and client-ready

Qualifications
  • Certified Personal Trainer, Athletic Trainer, or similar background required (Massage Therapy, PT/PTA, Strength Coach also considered)

  • 2+ years of hands-on coaching experience

  • Strong understanding of movement, mobility, and body mechanics

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Positive, team-first mindset with strong accountability

  • Reliable and professional with consistent attendance

Training Provided

All hires complete our Flexologist Training Program:

  • 20 hours online education

  • 2 days hands-on training

  • 20 hours of supervised practice

You'll be fully prepared to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Compensation & Growth
  • Competitive hourly pay + performance incentives

  • Ongoing education and development

  • Growth opportunities into Lead Flexologist and leadership roles

Who This Is Perfect For
  • Trainers who want to specialize in mobility and recovery

  • Coaches tired of high client churn and inconsistent schedules

  • Professionals who want to deliver real, lasting results

  • Individuals who thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment
