Route Delivery Driver

Culligan of Kalispell is looking for an outgoing, upbeat team member who is driven to succeed as our new Route Delivery Driver. As a Route Driver with Culligan, you'll be responsible for a daily route with no overnight deliveries. Culligan has been a trusted household brand for 90 years. Responsibilities:

• Deliver first class customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty with the customers on established routes
• Complete all deliveries on route as scheduled, being sure to complete each route every day without skipping customer stops
• Represent the Company and its brand professionally, knowledgeably, and positively at all times
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
• Consistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must maintain a valid Driver's License and be insurable by Company insurance plan
• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• Must be able to safely operate/drive a truck up to 26,000 lbs on a daily basis for approximately 6-8 hours
• Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs on a repetitive basis
• 1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required
• Demonstrate competency in Windows, Android and other software platforms
• Strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to self-direct activities and manage time to ensure productivity
• Outstanding "team" attitude
• Clean and professional appearance

Pay Range:

$24 - $28 per hour After 90-Day Probationary Period Base Hourly $20-$21 + Commission $4-7 based on Product Delivered. Commission starts following probationary period Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
