Customer Service Representative
Our Central Billing Office is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their team! This is a remote position (training is on-site) and the hours are: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and research incoming phone calls from patients and answer questions, inquiries, and concerns regarding their accounts.
- Assume responsibility for initial patient contact and follow-up.
- Work with AR Specialist on patient billing and credit issues.
- Ensure positive experience for patient on behalf of CCP.
- Identify and correct patient account inaccuracies.
- Post credit card payments to the patients account.
Compensation: $18 - $24 per hour
