PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known facility in Gallatin, TN. We are now hiring a Customer Service Associate for the 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm at $20/hr.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: Some college preferred but not required
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite & Excel required. SAP experience is a plus)
• Ability to respond to customer request via Telephone and Email

Responsibilities:

• Data entry: Manually process customer purchase orders and update the SAP system.
• Filing: Organize and maintain all shipping documents.
• Respond to customer requests for documentation.
• ASN input and update the customer portal.
• Provide general assistance to the customer team.
