Tilcon New York Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a Haul Truck Driver for a 2nd shift position at our Pompton Lakes Quarry. This role involves safely and efficiently driving and operating a truck equipped with a dump body to transport and dump loose materials such as sand, dirt, gravel, and stone for customers or stockpiling.

Core responsibilities include conducting daily pre- and post-shift inspection procedures, continuously examining road conditions, driving up stockpiles in various weather conditions, and communicating with all personnel. The position requires wearing appropriate safety gear and is open to candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, practical work experience, and intermediate knowledge of equipment operation.

The physical demands include moving right and left, using repetitive motions, driving in a stationary position, ascending/descending ladders or stairs, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in various weather conditions. The work environment is usually loud, with exposure to noise, moving equipment, dust, and working with others.
