Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our growing service team. With more than 25 locations and leading automotive brands, we believe great people drive great results.

• $500 Sign-On Bonus ($250 after 30 days, $250 after 6 months)

What You'll Do

• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Communicate with customers via phone, online, and chat
• Follow up after service visits to ensure satisfaction
• Support service team efficiency and customer engagement

What We're Looking For

• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word; dual screens a plus)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
