CDL Driver (Class A) Manuel Endorsement
Vertiv is seeking a reliable, safety-focused CDL Driver to support transportation and logistics operations at our Edinboro facility. Weekdays only 6:00am to 3:00 pm /Overtime as needed. This position is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of materials, equipment, and finished goods while ensuring full compliance with DOT regulations and company policies Must have knowledge of backing up a 53-footer and have air brakes certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate trailers of (53-foot trailers)
- Transport materials, equipment, and finished products in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Adherent to all DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse, and operations teams
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class A license (required)
- Air brakes certification (required)
- Proven ability to safely back and maneuver a 53-foot trailer
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with loading/unloading
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred
