Schedule & Pay

• Seasonal position (season begins mid-April)
• Full-time hours
• 4-day weekday workweek
• No nights or weekends
• Starting pay: $17/hour, with higher rates available based on experience

Responsibilities

• Clean debris from pools
• Empty skimmer and pump baskets
• Vacuum pools and brush tile/waterlines
• Backwash filters
• Test and balance pool water chemistry (training provided)
• Check pool equipment and water levels
• Report pool or equipment issues
• Lift/carry equipment (up to ~50 lbs)
• Communicate job details using mobile apps
• Other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate

• Enjoys customer service and doing quality work
• Detail-oriented and professional in appearance
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Valid driver's license required
• Comfortable with a background check
• Able to use smartphones, email, and messaging apps
• Comfortable working outdoors in summer conditions

Previous experience is a plus but not required — we provide paid training.
