Office Administrator / Accounts Payable & Receivable Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 20.00 to $ 23.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor and customer invoices
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Assist with collections, payment processing, and month-end close activities
  • Handle administrative tasks and respond to vendor and customer inquiries

Office Administrator / Accounts Payable & Receivable Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or AP/AR roles
  • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage 100, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills for working with vendors and customers
  • Ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready records
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
