We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support the daily operations of our warehouse. This physically demanding role plays a key part in ensuring our logistics run smoothly. In addition to typical warehouse tasks, about 25% of this role involves driving company vehicles (such as a box truck) to pick up and drop off equipment and materials at job sites. The role also includes basic computer and data entry tasks, such as updating inventory systems, logging deliveries, and maintaining records, so computer literacy is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload trucks
• Organize and store inventory efficiently
• Pick up and deliver equipment/materials using company vehicles
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Perform general maintenance and assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
• Enter data accurately into inventory and delivery systems
• Use computer programs to log and track incoming and outgoing materials

Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles is a plus
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry tasks accurately

Job Details:

• Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (approx. 5 hours of overtime weekly)
