Parts Clerk

Join our established Case IH dealership as a Parts Clerk. This position plays a key role in supporting our customers and service team by managing parts sales, inventory, and orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, identifying their parts and service needs
• Process sales transactions accurately within the business system
• Receive, stock, and organize parts and materials in proper bin locations
• Create parts quotes and orders for customers, technicians, and the service department
• Communicate order status, complete invoicing, and follow up with customers as needed
• Use OEM Dealer Portals to research parts, troubleshoot issues, and access warranty information
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks accurately and on schedule
• Assist customers with parts selection for equipment operation and maintenance
• Operate material handling equipment safely and according to manufacturer guidelines

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Previous parts or inventory experience preferred (Ag or Construction industry a plus)
• Familiarity with computerized shop or dealership management systems preferred
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to think critically and proactively solve problems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail with good organizational habits
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with business or inventory systems

Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Position may require climbing, squatting, stooping, and kneeling
