Qualifications Include & Description of Position/Responsibilities:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Perform custodial work per job description
• Work with various cleaning compounds
• Perform minor maintenance tasks
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Mandatory snow removal when required
• Ability to work unsupervised

Requirements:

• Valid NJ Driver's License
• Possession of Black Seal Boiler's License Preferred

Shift- 2:30 PM-11:00 PM Salary: $47,115 (minimum) to $58,685 (maximum), commensurate with experience *Permanent Full Time Custodian plus 6% differential* Benefits as per contract: Medical, dental, flexible spending, paid time off, professional development.
