Shipping And Receiving Associate

Support manufacturing operations through effective supply chain processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials according to customer requirements. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and consistency. Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships across functions to facilitate the delivery of incoming goods and outbound shipments. Utilize ERP systems to perform tasks such as receiving purchase orders, transacting materials, and shipping sales orders. Assist in production planning by communicating shortages or overstock of materials and ensuring timely receipt of materials. Participate in timely shipping of products using proper shipping methods to support on-time delivery goals. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts regularly. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and company policies. Implement lean and continuous flow principles to support manufacturing efficiency. Transfer goods between buildings, warehouse locations, and load/unload trucks using forklift or other material handling equipment. Support Material Handlers as needed and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support operational objectives.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate fluently in English. Strong interpersonal awareness and organizational skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling stressful situations. Strong math skills; forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred. Computer skills, including proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
