Field Clerk Opportunity
Richard is currently looking for an experienced Field Clerk.
Job Requirements
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Must be comfortable with bending/standing to do close case filing
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- 2 - 3 years of administrative experience
- Ability to type 50 words per minute (wpm)
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience or proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential
- Employee must be capable of communicating in person, via telephone, email, video chat, and software systems
Responsibilities
- Open to assisting all members of the team and managers
- Organize and sort incoming mail and paperwork
- Answer phones, track job documents, distribution of job documents, report creation, and basic problem resolution
- Perform general office functions to include data entry
- Initiate Requisitions for resulting Purchase Orders
- Manage rental equipment, rental equipment logs, and communications with suppliers/vendors as necessary
- Onboarding (final hiring sign-in processing) of employees for field jobs
- Update and maintain Safety Council records for Basic, Basic Plus, and any other council training requirements, as well as Owner/Job Site Specific credential records for employees
- Fill out and process monthly expense reports and American Express (AMEX) Reconciliation expense reports, as required
- Update and maintain documents for the department as needed
- Manage office equipment use of printer/copier
- Answer phone and greet visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Generating some basic correspondence
