Responsibilities:

• Audit/verify charges prior to invoicing of freight bills
• Rate/verify charges as soon as paperwork arrives
• Process paperwork into the image system
• Communicate with agents/owner-operators with any problems
• All other duties as assigned by manager
• Process invoices to be mailed to customer.

Typing 10-Key Communication Skills Customer Service Skills Proficient in Microsoft office
