Job Description

POSITION TITLE: Assembler (Casegoods)

FLSA: Non-Exempt

REPORTS TO: Casegoods Manager

DATE: 2026 Updated

Function

• Completes cabinet assembly to meet AIS specifications and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble cabinets in predetermined sequence and work orders
  • Mount hardware and connectors
  • Quality inspection of assembled product
  • Read and use metric tape measure
  • Read and understand part drawings
  • Read and understand work orders
  • Inspect parts for quality defects
  • Able to consistently run at rate
  • Lead, train, and direct Pre-Assembler
Requirements
  • Ability to work with technical data
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to details
Physical Requirements

Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, gripping, stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis.
