Our customer in Rock Falls, Illinois, is looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join their team as a Shop Helper/General Laborer to work part-time on 1st shift. This role is ideal for someone who is retired or looking for flexible, part-time work and enjoys staying active while helping around a farm and woodworking shop.

Responsibilities of the Shop Helper/General Laborer:

• Assist with general tasks around the farm and woodworking shop.
• Help with small projects using basic hand tools.
• Perform light woodworking and shop support tasks as needed.
• Assist with mowing and outdoor upkeep.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support day-to-day shop activities as requested.

Shop Helper/General Laborer Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous shop or hands-on experience required.
• Woodworking experience is a plus.
• Ability to use basic hand tools safely.
• Ability to perform light to moderate physical work.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, helpful attitude.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Pay for Shop Helper/General Laborer: $15.00/hour. Type: Part-time, 1st Shift.

Schedule: Flexible start times, approximately 20+ hours per week.
