Office Administrator
Pay Rate: $16hr starting Shift: Monday-Friday (8am - 4:30pm) Location: North Versailles, PA Training: Training is provided for this position. Join our dynamic team as an Office Administrator, where your organizational expertise will keep our transportation operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate daily pickup and delivery schedules for our fleet, answer customer questions and concerns, enter in orders, and help schedule maintenance for our fleet. Required Skills: Greet and assist drivers, customers, and visitors Answer and direct incoming phone calls Enter shipping information into computer system Schedule and coordinate pickups, deliveries, and appointments Communicate updates with drivers and internal team members Maintain accurate records and data entry in company systems Assist with basic administrative tasks and office support Help coordinate vehicle maintenance scheduling as needed
Nice to Have Skills: Great personality Knowledge of computer systems Experience coordinating schedules
Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED Prior work experience in logistics or transportation operations, especially in scheduling or dispatch roles
Other Information: Office-based position within a logistics/transportation facility in North Versailles, PA Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, customers, and internal teams Willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures and regulatory standards
