Role Statement: To perform excellent customer service and stocking the areas of the Seasonal/Lawn and Garden Department, along with other assigned duties that would ensure that the customer has an efficient, pleasant shopping experience.

Location: This position will be performed onsite at our store. Remote work is not available for this role.

Outcomes for Success:

• Maintain knowledge of products and using this knowledge to assist and educate customers
• Maintain a clean and organized department
• Merchandise, stock, and assemble merchandise
• Give consistent quality customer service ensuring a successful shopping experience
• Assist customers with purchasing decisions and load-outs
• Delivering a positive customer shopping experience
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Prior Retail experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional reaching-extending the hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
• Frequent use of hands/fingers to handle or feel (operate, active, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, position)
• See (Detect, identify, observe)
• Talk/hear; Writing, reading, speaking and understanding English
• Occasional lifting up to 20-35 lbs.

Wages: Starting wages will be based on years of experience and education.
