Customer Service Associate
The Customer Service Associate focuses on inventory management, demand forecasting, and shipment tracking to ensure product availability while maintaining efficient inventory levels. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, review and process distributor, retail and sample requests accurately and efficiently
- Assist with processing EDI orders
- Collaborating with the Accounting department to resolve credit issues
- Organize daily order transmissions
- Work closely with warehouses to resolve issues with deliveries
- Communicate order status and availability to customers promptly and professionally
- Assists with other projects as assigned
- Communicate via email daily with the warehouse, distributors and sales/marketing team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2-3 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics BC365 ERP, Inventory Forecasting and Shipcompliant systems a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer skills are a MUST (Microsoft Office)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Some lifting or physical activity may be necessary

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $50,000 and $60,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is dependent on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related skills and qualifications, and length of service.
