Substitute: Grounds/Custodian

Job Title

The position is established for the purposes of providing support for the educational process with specific responsibilities for performing a variety of special cleaning operations and grounds works to ensure an attractive, safe, and sanitary school environment. Specific responsibilities for providing services to maintain clean classrooms, attractive and safe grounds/athletic fields; perform special cleaning operations for the purposes of safe and sanitary facilities; prepare facilities for school activities and campus events.

Requirements / Qualifications

Custodial & Grounds experience in a school setting is preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Must be capable of: Lift/Carry: 55- 80 lbs. Push/Pull: with force of 100 lbs. This is an on-call, as needed position. Hours may vary.
