Hygiene Scheduling Coordinator
DeMarco Family Dental is seeking a detail-oriented Hygiene Scheduling Coordinator to join our front-office team in Tuckerton, NJ! To ensure the security of the schedules, particularly the Hygiene schedule, actively review the reactivation report, continuing care, and monthly New Patient report to support the ongoing growth of the hygiene department. Additionally, verify patient check-ins and assist with responding to incoming phone calls as needed.
$20-25 an hour based on experience
Full-time Monday - Friday

Monitor and secure the hygiene schedule
Confirm the schedule for the following day
Run and monitor reports as it relates to the Hygiene department
Participate in securing patient payment upon leaving the office
Care for the reception area, check in patients, and update records as needed
Acquire patient photo for patient records
Provide New Patient tours
Verify patient provider information as needed
Monitor re-care program
All other duties as assigned
1+ years of experience working in a Dental office environment is a plus
Prior customer service experience is required
Bilingual a plus
Strong relationship-building skills
