No experience? Not to worry, Main Street Swim School provides paid training, lifeguarding certification and continuing job education! This opportunity is great for students, side jobs, nannies, part-time, and full-time individuals who are looking to work for a company that values growth and professional development. Swim Instructor Pay:

• Competitive starting rate of $18-$23/hour
• Raise opportunities through additional training
• Paid training starts at $18/hour
• Additional hourly pay for Swim Camps, Guarding and Subbing

Instructor Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch or swim for up to 5 hours in the water
• Ability to lift, hold, and/or move equipment or small child up to 50 pounds
• Must be 15 years or older to all positions
• Must be 18 years or older for Lead Instructor
• Afternoons and weekends required
• Enjoy working with children from ages 4 months-13yrs
