Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

The Administrative Assistant at PalAmerican Security provides essential day-to-day support to the operations team, helping to ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk responsibilities, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment
  • Answer and route incoming calls and assist employees with general administrative requests
  • Support branch operations with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, recordkeeping, and document management
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, office supply tracking, and overall office organization
  • Maintain accurate contact lists, client information, and follow-up notes to support operations and business development efforts
  • Provide general administrative support for client service requests, branch projects, and operational initiatives

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one to two years of related experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Capability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
