Client Manager

At Gallagher, we're looking for a Client Manager to join our team. This role is all about building strong relationships, managing client accounts, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment where your contributions truly matter.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring retention and growth.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with senior buyers and day-to-day client representatives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client risk and capital management needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to administrative and customer service teams.

About you:

Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience. License required. Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Preferred: Experience in account management or client services.

Compensation and benefits:

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
