General Description
Minimum Requirements:
High School graduate/GED,
Must have some accounting experience such as data entry, reconciling, payroll or auditing,
Must have experience as cashier,
Must be detail oriented and have good organizational skills,
Must have good mathematical skills,
Must be able to operate 10 key calculator,
Must have basic knowledge of computer software (ex: MS Word, Exel),
Must have good communication skills - verbal and written,
Must have regular and timely attendance and be willing to work a flexible schedule, and
Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance.
Specific Requirements:
Must be able to conduct themselves in a cordially and professionally discreet manner in regards to sensitive information that is handled daily
Must be able to audit court orders and receipts for proper fees inputted and allocated,
Must be able to prepare financial adjustments to client records,
Must be able to receipt money and balance daily as relief cashier,
Must be able to maintain all proper documentation on client records for reports to state and county treasurer,
Must be able to work in common workspace and develop positive relationships with coworkers
Must perform all other duties as assigned
Other:
Must have not ever been convicted of or placed on court-ordered community supervision/probation for any criminal offense classified as a Class B misdemeanor or higher.
