About the Role
As a Maintenance Team Lead (2nd Shift), you'll combine hands-on technical expertise with frontline leadership to keep our plant running safely and efficiently. You'll guide a team of maintenance technicians while actively troubleshooting and repairing equipment across the facility-from receiving through production and shipping.

This role is ideal for someone who leads by example-someone who can step in to solve mechanical or electrical issues while also ensuring the team follows safety standards, completes work orders, and maintains high-quality work. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where both leadership and technical skill matter, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact.

Working on 2nd shift, this role also receives an additional $2 per hour shift differential and our quarterly bonus.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, GMPs, and sanitation standards
  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including conveyors, elevators, and mechanical systems
  • Respond to and complete work orders with accurate documentation
  • Work closely with production teams to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime
  • Step in during equipment failures to reduce product loss and restore operations quickly
  • Support performance management, including coaching, documentation, and corrective action processes
  • Perform repairs on forklifts and other facility equipment
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols
  • Operate forklifts safely and complete required inspections
  • Maintain quality workmanship, ensuring repairs meet manufacturer and company standards
  • Assist with projects and work independently or alongside the team as needed
