Accounting Analyst III

Job Summary:

Consultant Advisor, ERP Kyle Johnson is recruiting this position.

Our California Healthcare client is seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst III to support a large-scale payroll and workforce management system implementation. This role focuses on testing, validation, and ensuring system accuracy for Workday and UKG Pro WFM deployments. This onsite role has an initial duration of 7+ months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test scenarios across unit, integration, regression, system, and parallel testing phases
• Analyze test results, identify discrepancies, and drive issue resolution
• Document test cases, outcomes, and track defects
• Collaborate with HRIS, payroll, and IT teams to ensure system readiness
• Support validation efforts for payroll and workforce management systems

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or payroll systems analysis
• Hands-on experience with Workday and UKG Pro WFM
• Strong experience in payroll testing and test execution
• Ability to analyze data, identify variances, and document findings
• Experience working on large-scale system implementations
