Description
Pride Health is hiring for a Medical Assistant (MA) for the client based in Scottsdale, AZ 85253. This is a 100% onsite, direct hire role with a strong emphasis on patient interaction, clinical support, and workflow efficiency.
Job Summary
The Medical Assistant (MA) will support clinical operations within an outpatient clinic setting, assisting providers with patient care, documentation, and basic clinical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist providers with patient exams and clinical procedures
- Record vital signs, medical history, and patient documentation
- Perform Blood draws / phlebotomy
- Manage patient flow and maintain clinic efficiency
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Support administrative and clinical tasks as needed
- Quality control procedures
- Maintaining high standards of patient interaction
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of a Medical Assistant training program (certificate or diploma required)
- Active Medical Assistant Certification/Registration (CMA/RMA or equivalent)
- Active BLS Certification
- Minimum 2-5 years of MA experience (Open to new graduates)
- Comfortable with phlebotomy/blood draws
