Morgan Auto Group is seeking a quality Accounting Clerk to join our growing team at our Coconut Creek location in Florida. Pay range depending on experience! This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Statement reconciliations
• Processing product payments as needed with vendors (ex safe-guard)
• Process cancellations and submissions with each product vendor
• Post product vendor payment statements in DMS
• Post daily manufacturer product invoices
• Maintain related schedules making notes as needed

Qualifications:

• Excel workbook skills required, basic formulas & V lookup
• Team player, integrity and strong work ethics, attention to detail, and
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communications with peers and customers
• Automotive software experience helpful Reynolds and Reynolds or ADP
