Position: Maintenance & Janitorial Support

Shift: 2nd Shift, Full Time

Hourly Rate: $18.75

Location: serving Hamtramck Public Schools - Hamtramck, MI

As part of our facilties team, you'll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.

What You'll Do:

• Execute minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing fixtures (toilet seats, dispensers, light bulbs), assembling furniture, minor painting, ladder-work and more.
• Setting up and tearing down for school events and activities
• Stocking supplies, ensuring cleaning equipment is in good condition, and responding to urgent needs

This position alsosupports the janitorial crew including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. Cleaning of restrooms, cafeterias, locker rooms, classrooms, stairwells, and high-touch areas
