Consumer Solutions Representative

As a Consumer Solutions Representative for Mavis, you will be empowered to employ problem-solving skills that will lead to conflict resolution, and customer retention and create promoters of the Mavis business. You will endeavor to satisfy customers by implementing empathy and understanding of the customer's needs. Customers will benefit from your patience and professionalism in your efforts to resolve their concerns and address their inquiries expeditiously.

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Demonstrate superior interpersonal skills and patience while treating customers and Company employees as you would want to be treated
  • Possess PC literacy and ability to learn software programs (typing proficiency a plus)
  • Have 1-2 years of employment-related experience in dealing with customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to work a flexible work schedule and weekends
