Description

We are seeking a reliable and professional individual to join our team at PSU in a part-time administrative/customer service role. This position involves a variety of front-office and customer-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Part-time

Pay: 16.00/hour

* This is a temporary position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process payments and prepare invoices
  • Perform general office duties
  • Prepare coffee and maintain the office area for staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic and dependability
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to multitask

Schedule & Hours:

  • Guaranteed 16-24 hours per week, with potential for additional hours
  • Alternating weekly schedule: 1st & 2nd Shifts (including some weekends)
  • Flexibility required
