Description

Position: Customer Account Specialist

Adecco Staffing is currently assisting a local client in hiring for Customer Account Specialist in Champaign, IL. We are looking for an ideal candidate with 2+ years of accounting related experience and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, posting, and applying checks from customers to appropriate accounts

• Receive customer purchase orders and enter them accurately into the system

• Ensure that the shipping dates align with production schedules and inventory availability

• Confirm the payment terms and details & complete the process

• Generating, reviewing, and sending accurate, timely shipping label & invoice to customers

• Resolve issues regarding billing, shipping discrepancies, and returns to ensure accurate invoice and customer satisfaction

Preferred Background

• 2+ years of accounting or accounts receivable experience

• Excellent communication & listening skills

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

• Manufacturing background

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
