Job Description
We are in search of a Will Call Specialist to join our growing team. The Will Call Specialist is responsible for managing and processing walk-in customer orders. You will play a key role in working closely with customers to meet their needs and ensure they have a successful and positive experience with BradyPLUS.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist walk-in customer with entering, reviewing, and placing orders
- Print, organize, and distribute order tickets to the warehouse team to ensure accurate fulfillment
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail when processing orders, verifying item numbers, quantities, and customer information
- Collect customer payment information in accordance with company policies and security standards
- Update and maintain customer credit card information accurately and confidentially
- Invoice completed tickets promptly once orders have been fulfilled
- Print and manager pre-entered orders
- Enter and process RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations)
- Maintain an organized and professional will call area to support a positive customer experience
- Additional duties or special projects as assigned
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service is preferred, but open to entry level candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that portray professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and other customer support tools
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Customer-centric with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Ability to physically sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/speak clearly to customers
