We're looking for an Inventory Supervisor who can take ownership of our inventory operations and lead a team that keeps our warehouse and retail spaces fully stocked, accurate, and ready to serve our customers.

Requirements

As our Inventory Supervisor, you'll be the go-to person for keeping everything organized, accurate, and flowing efficiently.

You will:

  • Lead and support a team of 6-8 associates to ensure accuracy, productivity, and efficiency
  • Oversee all inventory processes including receiving, stocking, replenishment, and order fulfillment
  • Keep inventory records clean and accurate through cycle counts and reporting
  • Ensure products are in the right place at the right time - both in the warehouse and on the retail floor
  • Support retail merchandising by making sure displays are stocked, priced, and visually appealing
  • Identify opportunities to reduce shrinkage, improve turnover, and streamline processes
  • Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and delivery teams to keep operations aligned
  • Maintain organized, easy-to-navigate storage systems
  • Respond to inventory and product inquiries with professionalism and urgency

What You Bring

  • Experience as an Inventory Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role
  • Bonus if you've worked in medical supply, DME, or retail environments
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management
  • Experience with systems like UPS WorldShip, Brightree, or Elite Dispatch (preferred)
  • A leadership mindset - you know how to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
