We are currently seeking a Caregiver with experience in behavioral care for mid-morning shifts starting around 10:00 a.m. If you have the skills and compassion to provide quality care, we encourage you to apply and be part of our mission.

Responsibilities: As a Caregiver at Right at Home SLC, you will provide one-on-one care that enhances the quality of life for both male and female clients. Duties include companionship, assistance with personal hygiene (peri-care, bathroom or in-bed support, brief changes), light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to appointments or outings, and medication reminders. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact.

Benefits:

  • Competitive pay: $16.75-$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
  • Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour
  • Raises after 60 days and annual reviews
  • Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
  • Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Experience with dementia and behavioral care
  • Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)
