If you enjoy spending time with older adults, have a natural sense of compassion, and want to make a difference—even just a couple days a week—this could be a great fit.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, kind, and comfortable supporting residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. This role is ideal for someone who may be semi-retired, has prior caregiving experience, or simply wants to stay active while doing meaningful work.

• Be a reassuring, steady presence—especially for those living with dementia

Talent We're Seeking:

• Experience working with older adults (personal or professional)
• Comfort supporting individuals with memory loss or dementia
• A patient, respectful, and dependable approach
• Someone who works well independently and shows strong initiative
• A genuine interest in building relationships—not just completing tasks
