We're hiring a Scale Operator to support our production team by weighing, labeling, and documenting materials for customer orders. If you enjoy fast-paced work, staying organized, and being part of a strong team, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Weigh, label, and document materials per customer specs
• Read/interpret pick lists and production schedules
• Support quality checks and accurate record-keeping
• Prepare materials for the next shift
• Work closely with the line team and supervisor to keep production moving

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred (non-woven/textile a plus)
• Strong math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)
• Ability to read instructions and use basic production software
• Problem-solver with great communication and teamwork skills
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced industrial environment
