Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the appearance of the hotel's public areas, including lobbies, meeting rooms, and other designated spaces
• Perform deep cleaning of assigned areas to uphold cleanliness standards
• Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions, including coffee service and nightly concierge events
• Prepare and arrange meeting room functions according to specifications
• Deliver service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk
• Drive shuttle van as needed to transport guests or staff (property-specific requirement)
• Ensure all public spaces are tidy, organized, and inviting for guests and visitors

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, or customer service preferred
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if driving shuttle van)
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
