Job Summary
Natomas Unified School District is seeking a highly skilled and professional Administrative Secretary - Confidential to support the Human Resources (HR) Department. This position performs a wide range of complex, technical, and confidential administrative duties that are critical to the effective operation of HR services across the District.
The Administrative Secretary serves as a key point of contact for employees, applicants, administrators, and the public, and plays an essential role in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive personnel information. This position requires a high level of discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Typing Certificate ((Issued within the last two years for about 60 wpm. Must include the name, address, and phone number of the issuing agency along with the net wpm and length of test (3-minute minimum). Typing certificates from web-based programs are not accepted.))
