Service Dispatcher VPS

The Service Dispatcher plays a key role in supporting the Service and Delivery teams by coordinating, scheduling, and confirming service appointments using scheduling software. This position serves as a central communication hub between customers, service technicians, delivery teams, and store personnel, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience while delivering exceptional customer service.
Pay Rate: $17.00 /Hourly Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm service and delivery appointments
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide timely, professional assistance
- Communicate effectively with Service Technicians, Delivery Teams, and store staff regarding appointments and updates
- Monitor schedules and make real-time adjustments as needed to maximize efficiency
- Follow up on parts orders and service-related inquiries
- Assist with warranty claims processing and required documentation
- Organize, maintain, and manage departmental forms and records
- Prepare and maintain reports related to service operations
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-through
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet applications
- Experience with Gmail, Google Drive, and G Suite tools
- Strong keyboarding and data entry skills
- Ability to interact professionally and positively with individuals at all levels
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
- Previous scheduling or dispatching experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
- 2+ years of retail or call center customer service experience preferred (training provided)
