Fitness Assistant

Do you have a passion for fitness? Do you want to work for the best Parks and Recreation Department? The Town of Mansfield Parks and Recreation Department is seeking fitness assistants! As an assistant, duties include providing orientations and health education information to members as directed, supporting Community Center/Fitness Area marketing, customer service and program services, maintaining a clean and safe environment, performing administrative duties as needed, providing excellent customer services, and providing opening and closing duties as necessary.

Requirements include the ability to lift and manipulate various weight and fitness equipment. Must be at least 16 years of age. Experience related to the fitness field highly desired but not required. Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.

Compensation is a part-time, hourly position with no benefits. Fitness Assistant: $16.34 per hour. Selected candidates will be subject to a background check.
